Why Lead School?
Lead School is designed to equip and strengthen believers for the work of ministry. Through focused training, we hope to cultivate a deeper understanding of God’s Word, stronger biblical convictions, and a life increasingly shaped by Scripture. As Christ continues to build His Church at Redeemer Bible Church, Lead School helps position us for greater impact and purposeful multiplication.
What is Lead School?
Leaders Equipped and Developed (LEAD) exists to grow and strengthen God’s people within the local church. Our mission is to equip men and women to become mature followers of Jesus, lead-servants, and missional disciple-makers. We aim to deepen biblical competency, mature gospel-centered living by faith, and train culture-shapers who foster church health and advance gospel impact.
Lead School Expectations
Lead School requires your active participation in weekly classes, with one excused absence permitted per course. Plan for approximately two hours of homework each week (auditing is not allowed). Each course costs $25, which covers your class notebook, textbook, and snacks.
Lead School Structure
Lead School will run almost two years in total – made up of 9 courses that run 6-7 weeks each (with month long breaks between each course). Participants will register for each course individually. Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7:00–9:00 PM at Redeemer Bible Church.
